MEET OUR FOUNDER
GABRIELLE RICHTER
With a lifelong passion for hospitality, Gabrielle Richter boasts a unique and extensive professional background reaching every facet of the event industry.
For over two decades, Gabrielle has worked across event production, venue and vendor management throughout North America. She has orchestrated single day events, to multi-day and international festivals, from sporting, to corporate, government and non-for-profit. Notably she led at sites for both the 2010 Vancouver Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the 2015 Toronto Pan American Games. As the former President of Accel Events & Tents, Hawaii, she played a crucial role in its post-pandemic reopening and expansion.
Active in the community, Gabrielle served as the 2020 Campaign Manager for Honolulu City & County Mayor Rick Blangiardi. She currently serves on the board of the GIFT Foundation, along with the Maui Wedding & Event Association. Recognized for her achievements, she was featured in the "2023 Women in Business" issue of Pacific Edge Magazine.
Gabrielle lives with gratitude in Kailua, Hawaii, with her husband and two children. She strives to create a net positive impact through commitment to family, community and her company.
